Processing Time
♡ In-stock Items: Processed within 2–4 business days.
♡ Pre-order Items: May take 3–4 weeks or more to ship, as items are individually crafted or sourced directly from Japan.
♡ Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together once all items are ready.

Hong Kong
♡ SF Express ( Cash on delivery / 貨到付款 ): Shipping fees paid directly to SF Express upon delivery or collection at SF Lockers / Service Centers.
♡ Local Pick-up: Available at designated popup locations during specific event dates. Please present your order confirmation email upon pick-up.
Taiwan
♡ SF Express ( Cash on delivery / 貨到付款 ): Shipping fees paid directly to the courier upon delivery.
♡ EZ WAY Real-Name Authentication: All Taiwan recipients must complete EZ WAY (易利委) registration. Please ensure your name and mobile number match your EZ WAY account. hiulaammade is not responsible for customs delays or returned packages due to unverified registration or unpaid duties.
